Squats were feeling better but on the 95 set I tweaked my right side again as I was coming out of the hole. Just kept to accessory stuff after. It has tightened up a bit but hopefully won't be too bad.
Squats - 1x10x45, 1x10x65, 1x6x85, 1x6x95
Pull Ups - 5 sets
Glute Ham Raises + Leg extensions + hamstring curls
