Strongest I have felt running, some initial pain and the last few minutes I could feel it tightening up. Afterwards not too much pain in adductors but feel it in upper hamstring/inner glute area again. Upped the pace quicker today and spent a bit more time at 7.5, heart rate was around 162 at top speed so not too bad.
