Pretty good workout today. Right hip feeling a bit better today but I did pull something in my right QL putting on my shoes before workout. Didn't really bother me during workout but is feeling quite tight. Overhead press was a little slow starting off but 115 felt pretty solid. First 2 reps at 125 were ok as I tried to go a bit slower with more control. Lost control a bit on 3rd rep and 4th rep was a real grinder. Still feel I could do a better job getting my glutes involved. 5x5 at 105 was slow and controlled. Incline bench felt as strong as it ever has.

Incline Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 3x5x125
Dips - 4x8x45
Rear Delt Machine - 4x10x110
Rope extensions + Lat Raises - 4 sets
