Notes

Shin splints/ankle really bothering me, hamstrings still crazy tight, day off yesterday didn't really do much. Wasn't motivated at all today, overhead press felt way too hard.

Overhead Press - 1x5x75, 1x3x85, 1x5x90, 1x5x95, 1x5x100

Mostly random stuff, ab work, bicep curls, leg extension, hamstring curls
