Notes

Was hoping to max out deadlift and hit 2-3 reps at 200 for bench. Deadlift went good although major form breakdown on heavy reps, looks like I was pulling with my back too much. Bench disappointing again, didn't come close to hitting 2nd rep.

Deadlift - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x215, 1x5x230, 1x3x260, 1x3x290, 1x1x305, 1x1x315

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x3x150, 1x5x160, 1x3x180, 1x1x200

Split Squats - 3x8x40(20lb dumbbells)

Dips - 4x8x25
