Leg workout went ok although left ankle and calf area were a little achy and swollen after yesterday's long run, hopefully it won't be too bad - didn't notice any other symptoms. Right side is definitely weaker and tighter than it should be, could really feel the weakness doing step-ups. Paused all reps at 95, 105, and 115
Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115, 2x5x125
Step Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 1x8x85
Split Squats - 3x8x35lb dbs
Leg Extensions + Pull Ups + Ab Wheel
