Was sick the last 3 days, still feeling a bit down today but most of the lethargy in the gym I think was from lack of fitness and not having worked out in a week. Achilles has been improving so I think I'm going to take a bit more time off running and concentrate on the gym for the next month. Left groin is still tight and bothersome. Workout today went better than expected, had some good strength and was able to maintain good form with deadlifts. Got all 5 reps in first set with double overhand and no chalk.

Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 3x5x235

Bench Press - 1x6x135, 2x6x155, 1x12x155

Pull Ups + Dips + Leg Extensions
