Decided to start with day 6 of PPL as it comes before rest day which I will be taking tomorrow. Took out leg extensions as I did them yesterday and replaced them with some box jumps at beginning of workout. Did 10 at 24 inches, 5 at 30 inches, 5 at 33 inches, and 5 at 36 inches. Don't think I could have gone higher than 36 today. Front squats were pretty smooth, left groin/adductor still tight. Right knee a bit achy. Trap bar deadlifts were quite hard especially as I tried hard not to round back. Kept the weight at 205, not sure how I am going to progress next week yet. Achilles was aggravated doing step ups for some reason.
