Notes

Hip not feeling good at all today when I woke up, seems like I am set back a week as there is immediate pain when walking and sharper pain when stepping down. Also delayed pain when releasing from a single foot stand. Did a shoulder workout upstairs. Overhead press progressing slowly.

DB Press - 4x10x25

Front DB Raises - 4x10x20

Bent Over DB Lateral Raises - 4x10x20
