Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill run at Equinox, went ok, no major pains. Did a small workout after including pull-up ladder up to 7 with 15 second rest, had problems on way down completing last 1-2 reps, bench ladder at 115lbs (tough but completed), 3x6x30lb narrow dips, about 5 sets of 5 reps front squats at 65lbs, trying to get as deep as possible, no pain but slightly favoring left side.
