Got pretty hot especially towards end of run, felt more like 28. Left arch is getting better now that I removed insole modification. Left shins weren't too bad but left knee was a screaming bitch, hurt right from the start but did let up moderately as run progressed. Right arch felt better this morning but there was a dull pain through first half of run. Need to assess the damage tonight.
