Did a couple of light workouts with weights last week in Vegas. Today wanted to focus mostly on legs. Squats went ok but could have better depth at 135 and stop leaning forward at bottom.

Deficit Trap Bar Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 3x5x185
Step Ups - 1x8x45, 2x6x65, 1x4x85
Walking Lunges - 3x10x30lb dbs
