Signed up for pump and run so wanted to test my bench endurance. Figure I will need to lift between 120 and 130, goal is 20 reps+

Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x25x115 (with collars on)

Incline Bench Press - 3x8x95

1 Arm DB Bench - 1x12x35, 1x10x40, 1x10x45

Dips - 3x8x25

Cable Flys - 3 sets

L-Sit Chin Ups - 3x6

Skullcrushers - 1x12x25, 3x10x45
