Decided on another tougher easy run. Started off really sluggish as I had quite a bit of DOMs from yesterday, mostly hamstrings and glutes. Got into a bit of a groove by the time I hit the beltline. Didn't push it too much. Legs felt strong going up hills but was tough aerobically especially up Pottery Road. Went up Pottery Road in 2:21 which isn't that bad considering I tried to just take it relatively easy going up and not destroy myself.
