Notes

30 minutes on bike 21, 3rd from window in 3rd row. Watts seemed to register higher, resistance knob was tighter, ended up riding at about 1:30 on dial as this seemed like a fairly moderate pace, maybe equivalent to 4:30 on my usual bike. Averaged 230 watts, 23.1mph, and 96 rpm. Wattage did tend to jump around just like the other bikes.

Did 45 minutes on elliptical before bike, 10 minutes at 7/5, 10 minutes at 9/7, 5 minutes at 7/5, 15 minutes at 10/8 (was only going to do 10 here but was feeling pretty good), 5 minutes at 7/5, all "running." Heart rate in low to mid 140's at 7/5, high 150's at 9/7, and low 170's at 10/8. Muscles were again fatiguing before heart rate got too elevated. Finished with 4.59 miles, 187 cadence. Very pleased with effort.

Glutes were crazy sore waking up this morning and still sore after workout. Groin was feeling a bit better this morning and ok after workout but still not quite stable. Legs definitely need some recovery.
