Notes

Started at 5.0, increasing .2 every minute until 6.0 and then increasing .1 every minute until 7.0. then spent last 4 minutes around 6.5. Heart rate reached mid 140's at the peak which is good. Some discomfort in groin throughout, became more pronounced as the pace increased. Tightness and discomfort walking around after but not as bad as last run. Glutes still crazy sore.

Did 30 minutes on elliptical prior to run at 7/5 running, finished with 2.84 miles and 183 cadence, heart rate in low 140's very easy.

Finished the week with 8:35 of cardio (3:15 biking, 4:40 on elliptical, and 0:40 running)

Did a small workout prior to elliptical:

Pull-Ups - 3x5x45 (pleased with this although form on last set not the greatest)

Squats - 2x8x45, 2x8x65 (felt hard getting out of the hole, but no discomfort in groin)

Bench Press - 4x8x135 (3rd set felt great but last set was evil, bonked after 5 reps and did long pauses after 6 and 7)

Pallof Press - 3x10x32.5
