Notes

Goal today was to do some light bench work at 135 and then some accessory leg work. Things were going well until I pulled something in my right side again doing pull throughs. Last set at 135 was a little tough and then I pretty much had nothing for the close grip sets.

Bench Press - 3x15x135

Close Grip Bench Press - 3x8x135

Leg Extensions + Curls + Pull Throughs - 5 sets

Glute Kickbacks - 3 sets
