Notes

Getting hotter, stopped for water at mid way. Tried extending the run to 10K, some tightness in calf but no sharp pain, bit of soreness after but nothing serious. Picked up the pace for about a kilometer and actually felt pretty good. Legs were heavy from elliptical and bike plus the reduced mileage. Hopefully this calf pain is behind me but will still proceed cautiously for the next few days at least.
