Treadmill run after workout, broke halfway through so above numbers are estimates. Left patella and hamstring insertion behind right knee not feeling the greatest. Hips also a little unstable.
Back to basics with squats, starting at 95 pounds and getting below parallel. Tried some pistols but wasn't feeling it.
Squats - 3x5x95
Towel pull-ups - 4x6 (done with squats)
Step-Ups - 3x6x50 (w/fixed barbell)
Bench Press - ladder to 5 w/10 second rest (not bad)
Russian Dips - 3x6
