Notes

Hip not the best this morning, maybe the slightest improvement throughout the day. Worked on shoulders, overhead press sort of weak and did 30 minutes easy on the spin bike upstairs.

Overhead Press - 1x8x65, 2x8x85, 1x6x85, 1x5x85

1 Arm kettlebell press - 1x10x12kg, 2x8x14kg

DB Front Raises + DB Side Raises - 3 sets

Face Pulls + Leg Raises - 3 sets
