Notes

Took a spin class taught by Justine, programming was pretty crappy and bike was registering low watts with lots of jumping around. Felt like I put in a pretty strong effort.

Bike 21, averaged 200 watts and 93 rpm

Hip feeling a bit better today, a little more stability when standing on one leg and am getting a bit more extension when walking. Did some leg exercises after, nothing too serious.
