Easy spin upstairs followed by 30 minutes on elliptical at 7/5 (185 cadence)
Turns out I have a blood clot, taking blood thinners since Tuesday evening and so far the swelling has gone down quite a bit. Bike felt pretty good and walking is getting better, leg feels more lively but still gets tired at a brisk pace. Elliptical seemed ok but foot was numb when I got off, no cramping though. Also no pain when doing single leg calf raises although there is some soreness/achiness in the ankle area.
