Light workout upstairs:
Bench Press (off pins) - 1x8x105, 1x5x125, 1x2x135, 1x2x145, 1x1x155, 1x8x 125 (3 seconds down on last set + happy I got 155 off the pins, couldn't get 2nd rep though)
Push Press - 1x8x55, 1x8x75, 1x8x85 (left shoulder feeling tight)
Split Squats - 3x8x12lb dumbbells (very light, some hamstring tightness but calf seemed ok, if anything there is more pain/swelling behind the knee)
Chin Ups - 25lb ladder to 5 w/15 second rest (needed more time/breaks on way down, form not strict)
Some leg raises + worked on front levers
