Notes

Workout at gym, was considering running after but workout killed me. Wanted to try the 5/3/1 program for deadlift and bench - the first wave consisted of 5 reps at 75% of max, 80%, and 85% so deadlift based on 285 max would be 215/230/245. Was barely able to complete, 230 wasn't hell but the last few reps at 245 were. Bench press based on 200 max was 150, 160, 170. Totally screwed this up as I think I started at 160, then 170. Was wondering why it felt so hard . . . Ended up finishing with 3 reps at 175, and then 15 at 135, not bad.

Deadlift - 1x5x135, 1x3x185, 1x5x215, 1x5x230, 1x5x245

Bench Press - 1x5x160, 1x5x170, 1x3x175, 1x15x135

Some ab work and random pullups
