Easy run with L. to Sandbanks provincial park. Felt pretty good. Did some running on the dunes after. Ran about 2km on the beach which was fun, sand was pretty hard as temperatures had been below zero. There is also a nice 7km trail through old farmland in the park that we didn't get a chance to run.
