Notes

Maybe feeling 80% and back not fully healed. Ended up re-tweaking it pretty bad at the end doing pull-ups. In quite a bit of pain now. Otherwise workout went pretty good. Groin didn't hurt too bad doing lunges.

Trap Bar Deadlifts - Worked up to 3 reps at 235 and3 repast 245 (not using handles), definitely felt it more in legs than conventional and felt it harder to tighten lats

Bench Press - (1 second pause reps) - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x5x145, 1x5x155, 1x3x165, 1x3x175

Walking Lunges - 1x15x40, 2x8x60 (w/dumbbells)

Some tricep, bicep and pull up stuff
