Notes

Bad cold all week, started feeling better yesterday but tweaked my upper back again so stuck to running today. Freezing outside but I survived, some pain in Achilles/soleus as I hadn't run in 5 days. Knees and hamstrings improved during my downtime although left knee and right hamstring still not 100%. Right groin still a problem, if anything it got worse over the last week. Could feel it running but didn't get worse.

Been eating like crap and don't know when I can hit the weights heavy again. Really trying hard at this point to fix my groin, will hopefully be able to build up over the rest of the month and get back at it in March.
