Notes

Treadmill run after workout. Worked up tp 8.0 and then did 3 strides at the end, about 30 seconds at 10.0, 10.5, and 11.0. Felt pretty comfortable throughout despite working up a sweat. Calf seemed to hold up ok although there were some moments where I felt some tightness.
