Wanted to make it a progression run, probably started picking it up a little too much at 6K even though I was feeling good. By the time I turned back I was feeling tired and the wind really slowed me down. Just really struggled to inject any sort of pace and called it quite at 14K. Felt I should have been able to maintain tempo effort after 11K but just couldn't get into a groove and it seemed like I went from somewhat relaxed to having no energy and erratic breathing. Good hard effort but the paces show I am lacking some serious fitness.
