Pull-Ups - 1x5x25, 3x4x50, 1x5x25 (after 30 second rest), 1x6 (after 30 second rest)

Dips - 1x5x25, 1x5x50, 1x5x60, 1x5x70

Walking Lunges (w/barbell) - 1x6x40, 2x6x70

Leg Raises - 1x8, 2x6 (with lunges)

Goblet Squats - 1x8x45, 3x5x65 (very hard)

Did 30 minutes on elliptical after including 15 minutes running at 8/6. Ended with 2.91 miles and 184 cadence. Heart rate in high 120's at 7/5 and high 140's at 8/6.

Still discomfort and slight pain in groin after workout, adductors, hamstrings, and rest of legs feeling the same.
