Run home from gym, felt cooler as the sun wasn't out. First few minutes were shaky as legs were tired from the rower. Started feeling a bit more comfortable and pace naturally picked up although breathing got heavier and heart rate was escalating. Left hamstring really feeling sore but groin region didn't seem any worse off although there was slight discomfort the entire time. No real problems starting and stopping although the area was a little sore when I got home, some instability when standing on left leg.

Also didn't wear modified insoles with the new shoes and left foot does seem to be aching a little more than normal after, should probably go back to wearing them.
