Treadmill

Notes

Went to the gym and started on treadmill, wore new shoes and got a blister on right big toe, wtf. Was feeling tired this morning but run went ok at 7.2, did 5x30 second strides at end at 10.5. Took a break and then did some weights, feeling sluggish so wasn't sure how the session would go. Did:

pull-up ladder to 7 w/15 second rest (had trouble on way down completing last rep)

bench press ladder to 6 at 125 w/15 second rest (went ok, some reps a little unstable)

close grip bench press - 1x8x95, 1x6x115, 2x6x125

face pulls - 3x12x32.5

rack pulls - 1x8x95, 1x5x115, 2x5x135 (felt much better than last time, very little hip discomfort)

1 knee pallof press - 1x10x12.5, 1x10x17.5, 2x10x22.5 (went pretty good, hard keeping core stable when doing the press motion)
