First f of the run the sun was out and I was actually feeling a bit warm, second half of the run was into the wind coming home and cloudy, started to get real cold. Left arch ached at certain points and left soleus/achilles really started bothering me toward the end and is quite sore afterwards. Some ice on the route especially along Cherry Beach.
