Recovery run, felt quite tired although no real pain except for left shin (just below knee) hurting afterwards. Had a training session in afternoon, started on high back squats at 95 lbs, more sumo deadlifts at 95 lbs and did bench press laddter with sets of 1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1 and 10 seconds rest in between sets. Felt somewhat easy at 95 lbs.
