Chest workout, goal was to work up to 185 and hopefully get 5 reps. Felt pretty strong up to and including 185 but didn't have a spotter so I racked it after 4 reps. Definitely would have attempted a 5th with a spotter. Maxed out at 135 which felt pretty good, triceps were having problems locking out the last couple of reps though.
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x3x155, 1x3x165, 1x3x175, 1x4x185
DB Incline Press - 3x10x55
Dips - 1x8x25, 1x5x45, 1x5x60, 1x5x75, 1x15x45
Cable Chest Fly - 3x10x20
Tricep Pressdowns - 3 sets
