Treadmill

Notes

Run on treadmill after workout. Hip had been feeling pretty good today when stretching so plan was to do 40 minutes continuous at 0% incline. There was a bit of discomfort starting off but by midway I pretty much was pain free. Did feel a lot of tightness around both Achilles so this might have taken my focus away from my hip. Worked up to 8.0 for a minute, felt pretty comfortable but was also wobbly as it seems my body has forgot had to run. There was some pain around hip when I got off treadmill, more than last run so will need to see how it responds. Upper quad tightness was wasn't so bad when stretching after.
