Notes

Weight still hasn't stabilized. Went for easy run after small workout. Groin still a bother so avoided legs. Workout was:

Bench Press - ladder to 6 at 135 w/10 second rest (quite hard)

Pull Up Ladder - to 6, semi wide grip, gave up on way down

Face Pulls, some abs and triceps with rope

Practised hang cleans, did 2 sets of 3 at 95, need to work on technique as I wasn't doing them properly.
