Groin still hurting but maybe getting a sight bit better. Ran at 7.5 starting out at 0% incline and increasing by .5% every few minutes. Ended up peaking at 5% for 3 minutes. Legs quite tired after especially upper areas. Probably ended up doing around 175m of elevation over 8k.
