Notes
Went to gym to focus on squats, 165 was tough, depth not the greatest but it is getting there, last set at 135 felt pretty good. Didn't lift anything overhead, no problems with shoulder but it is still sore. Calves still tight.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x3x115, 1x1x135, 1x2x135, 1x3x135, 1x1x145, 1x2x145, 1x3x145, 1x1x155, 1x2x155, 1x3x155, 4x1x165, 1x5x135
Walking lunges (with dbs) - 1x8x30, 1x6x35, 1x6x40 (tough but good)
Plus did some face pulls, pallof presses, and l-sits
