Pottery Road

Notes

Goal was to do some hills to get over 1500m of elevation for the week. Getting stronger and more fit by the day but still need to ne careful as left side is still significantly weaker. Ran the first 2 repeats relaxed and then dropped the pace progressively on the last 3 reps up Pottery Road. Ran a little faster down Pottery than in the past too. Picked up the pace coming home, nice to get some turnover.
