Notes
Nice day out, some wind, muscles felt sore especially right quads and adductors. Felt it from pretty much the beginning but didn't really get worse as run progressed. Possibly due to some leg work at the gym yesterday, Right knee also bothering me this morning and a bit during run. Arches and calves were ok, right ankle still a little wonky, and left heel held up (started feeling a bit better last night and woke up this morning without any pain in it). Run went by pretty quickly despite the muscle soreness which I guess is a good sign. Will do some stretching tonight and hopefully will be ready to do a tempo tomorrow.
