Notes

Workout at home today, been feeling sick for last 4 days so haven't gone running. Started with squats working my way up to 2x5x105, filmed both sets, second set better than the first for depth, still favoring left side.

4x8 wide grip pull-ups

rack pulls for 1st time in a while, hip felt stable during but a little sore after, weight was racked a little higher than at the gym, did 2x8x125, felt pretty strong.

push press - maxed out at 3x6x75, didn't feel that hard but still not totally pleased with it

finished with bench press which didn't go too well, not comfortable with the set up at home, ended up doing a weird workout of 1x16x115, 1x6x135, 1x16x105
