Medium-hard workout at gym.
Rack Pull - 1x5x135, 1x3x155, 1x2x175, 1x2x195, 1x5x205, 1x5x215, 1x5x225 (got pretty hard at end)
Pallof Press - 3x10x27.5 (done with rack pulls)
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x145, 1x5x155, 1x5x135 (better but very hard)
Overhead Lunges - 1x6x30, 2x6x50 (very taxing, hard to keep balance)
Pull-Ups - 1x5x25, 2x3x45, 1x2x55, 1x4x25 (from dead hang)
Did 15 minutes on elliptical after, calf still very sore and swollen. Back of knee starting to hurt again in the evening.
