20 minutes on treadmill followed by elliptical and then 10 minutes on treadmill. Calf extremely painful, doesn't hurt so much on elliptical but does swell up considerably and can barely feel my foot when I get off.

Did 50 minutes on elliptical, 5.21 miles, 185 cadence (ranging between 6/6 and 10/10, put some effort into it)
