Did some pick-ups, 1,2,3,2,1 with last 2 into the wind on Lakeshore. Pick-ups felt really hard even though I didn't go into the red zone. Surprised the pace between pick-ups was that brisk. Right ankle stared aching again, left hip tight as usual after.
