Took yesterday off, just did some bodyweight exercises. Goal today was to do 2x2K at around 10K pace with 1K easy in between after a longer warmup. It was really cold so wore a lot of clothes. There was some wind from the east which slowed me down a bit in the second rep. Overall went pretty good although legs were definitely getting heavy towards the end. Finished without totally maxing out and transitioned into a jog.
