Pottery Road

Notes

Did Pottery Road 8 times with 1,3,5,7 reps being recovery and then 2,4,6,8 reps run hard from the start. Goal was to not max out until reps 6 and 8. Also started the reps today from the Don Trail running the first 200m hard for the hard reps. This definitely made the hill a bit tougher. There was some tailwind going up Pottery which helped. Was feeling pretty tired heading into the final rep, legs starting to feel a bit like jello so was happy to see I was still able to cut the time down from the previous rep. Took it easy coming home as I was pretty wrecked.
