Good leg workout, last couple of reps at 135 were quite grindy. Depth and pauses were pretty good at all weights.

Paused Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x5x135

Walking Lunges - 1x12x30, 2x12x35

Split Squats - 3x10x30

Glute Ham Raises - 3x8

Leg Extensions + Glute Kickbacks
