Had my best stretch this morning. Took it easy warming up and then did 3 minutes at 8.0/1 rest at 6.0/3 at 8.5/1 rest/3 at 9.0/2 at 8.5/1 at 8.0 before cooling down. Hip a bit tight after. Averaged 4:18 for a 6 minute stretch, 4:27 for a 10 minute stretch, and 4:35 for a 14 minute stretch.
