Run to gym, felt like hell, calf ridiculously tight, foot was numb, need to get this better. Also have pain behind knee possibly from heavy squats, not as bad as last time though.
At gym did 30 minutes on elliptical, mostly at 6/6 with some harder stuff thrown in, 3.05 miles, 188 cadence
Elliptical hurt behind knee but not so much calf although calf was very sore when I got off.
